Windia – Unscheduled Server Maintenance

Attention Windians,

All Windia servers will be undergoing unscheduled server maintenance. We are aware there are some issues happening with characters on Windia and the maintenance is necessary to prevent additional issues. We do not have a schedule for the maintenance at this time but we will provide updates as it becomes available.

Was there a deletion of items in Scania and loss of NX like there was in Windia? If so, my condolences. =X

excuse what tha f-k is this? scania got 2342423 rollbacks and no maintenance?? happy for you windians but THA HELL IS THIS!

Yeah there was, 3 nights in a row.

What's worse is this was at the height of people cubing, so many of my friends spent upwards of 50K, and ended up with unpotentialed or even worse deleted items after the crashes. No NX was refunded. And the ticket response was:

We are aware that you have lost levels, mesos and/or items. Unfortunately, at this time we will be unable to restore your level, mesos and/or your items lost. Please keep an eye on the website for any updates and/or changes regarding compensation for this issue as they will be posted there.

I think the difference is that the rollbacks in Scania were forced but in Windia they were created by Nexon themselves. Correct me if I'm wrong =X

No idea what they did in this SC.

I can't seem to be able to even if I try. Fails getting to character select 9 times out of 10 for me, and once finally there, the PIC prompt won't come up.

My main didn't get rolled back in either SC, but a friend's mule was rolled back in the first SC and not changed in this one.

I wonder what they did.

It seems that I lost nothing. So far so good, I think. : \

I tried just logging a ticket about the NX after, but no response yet.

Also regarding Windia, I wouldn't hold my breath about them actually giving back anything...they're probably fixing whatever caused it in the first place. Maybe they'll address it later or something.
