Well I haven't done any serious 4x training there, but if you go to Kampung Village in Malaysia, and then go two maps right, theres a nice little spot you can train in that not many people visit. It's the one with the 4 teleporters, and the monsters on this map don't do a super-kb attack. I got about 60% in one 2x family buff at level 50.

I was training at Twisted Jesters for an hour (ill-conceived, I know) and I didn't get banned. Anyway, I'll just grind it out at mp3 and then go to wind raiders or something. >=<

I was training at DSes on my DB for like 15 minutes and then the A/B message popped up, so I pressed escape and left the map. Then I dced, but I wasn't banned.

I'm level 52, and I still haven't gotten one.

You get it at 3rd Job, like how you get the Cotton Suit at 2nd Job+.

1-30: Questing
31-50: CPQ
51-80: Windraiders
81+: Galloperas

On my aran Elder Wraith were a good alternative to gallos, anyone try it on their DB to check? Haven't had internet to level mine much.

once i hit 70, i went to red kents. fa+bs combo absolutely rapes there. i did 70 -> 71.5 in like 25 minutes on 4x.
