CS Emoticons/Faces Bug

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
[COLOR="pink"]I know this isn't a huge issue like other glitches, but all CS emoticons don't work. It shows as working normal on your own screen, [SIZE="4"]but other people can't see it.[/SIZE] I verified with my hubby. He couldn't see when I did smoochie face or ouchie face ;[

Don't buy CS emoticons till this is fixed, cuz it's basically only on your screen lolz >.>

Ok apparently this is only bugged in Scania. Arent we lucky, Scania?? ;[

The same happened to me, and i'm in Bellocan. Not sure how i can really get screen shots of this, but tested this with two people. Both the faces you get in the cash shop and the faces you make when you get hit while wearing a potential helm (i.e. 10 seconds to feel enraged when hit) are bugged.
