MTS is bugged.

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Whenever you buy an item through MTS, you do not receive the item but instead lose the NX.

Definitely not "whenever". My guildie bought a sword in MTS within the past hour or two, and recieved it without a hitch.

It must be due to something that triggers it. I just don't know what, I've seen the problem in the Nexon forums too.

i waited for a while nothing happend. then i Dcd,
relogged my NX was gone and i had no item.
the Item also wasnt anymore on the selling list of MTS.

this happed to my on 06. July already, i instantly openend a ticket
but till today the Status is still OPEN and i havent received an anwser...

This happened to me too sometime during last night to the time I logged on this morning. I bought gold emerald earrings in the free market, I put them up in MTS, and when I logged on this morning the earrings were gone with no record of it being sold or put in the mts storage.

What does the NX trade log say on Nexon's site about your NX usage?

you exited mts while it was lagging. that is a BIG nono. it has always been like this since MTS was released.

rule of thumb: if you're laggin in mts while buyin/selling an item, NEVER exit manually. let it lag out and dc on its own, because it will eat your money and item if you press exit when its lagging.

most likely nexon won't be able to help if you have no record of the transaction. i would check on the website to make sure. if there is a record, you can attempt to ticket their poor customer service.

Regardless if you did or not, all that can be concluded here is "Lag did it". This isn't a "new" bug persay, but it's been in the game since MTS was released.

Yeah, the MTS is...very buggy. Although i wonder where the data for the item goes...

Make screenshots of both and send them both to Nexon (can you send screenshots with tickets? I dunno), maybe it helps! :o
