Ouch, mang. I only got one mule Ricked from 50 to 41, Drk -60% and Bishop -200% and I'm already feeling terrible. Good luck retraining them if they do extend the event, I know I'm going to enjoy every minute of it. At the very least, I'll be able to train on constant 2x exp.

So Sunday was the only time I've played Maple in like 4 months, just to make a ring mule, and it got rolled back with no chance of getting it back. G-fucking-G.

I didn't expect anyone to cease transactions before the happening, but during and after only requires a bit common sense and the benefit of the doubt.

I only recovered the 5 million mesos I was giving to random newbies the other day and my cassandra weapon :3

Its gonna fail this time around, I can feel it.

Apparently they can't do a partial rollback, no matter what their annoucements say. The entire database was rolled back. Including my last ring mule which never exchanged any meso or items with any other characters, it was just cpq'ing and golden-templing for those last 3 levels it lost.

Ah well, I only lost that one ring, and it was a spare one I didn't have a specific need for. Also lost some exp and rep on various chars, and a few meso, but the 2x exp and 5k maple points should make up for that.

What irks me a lot more is the rings I helped my guildies and allies get, through long hours of free-win-with-summons cpq. They now have no rings at all.
Also, the Ravana helm we were finally able to get for my guildie, gone. We get another week to try, but those sunbursts drop for me at a rate of one a day :-(

Anyway, not knowing just how many meso got dumped into circulation (compared to the "normal" rate of meso-sellers), I can't judge whether such drastic measures were really necessary. I only know the ring event MUST be extended to truly make up for what we lost.

Yeah this is extremely lame I hate training my bishop and I was sure I'd be safe from this since
I hadn't done anything buying or selling. It just sucks that we can't trust them to leave people
alone that did nothing, again.

I only bothered with one ring mule because I only wanted one ring.
Sure is nice having a useless level 38 fp wizard and no crit ring for my gunslinger. >_>

I feel the same way. Only this time around I doubt I will bother making another ring mule as I am
really tired of leveling a nub f/p. It was just getting strong too.

Yeah seriously. Plus I don't really feel like wasting one of the 2x compensation events on leveling a character I'll never play again. I'd rather level my Sair.

Well, obviously giving a free ring to every eligible character (i.e., explorers created after the patch) would be even nicer, but this is Nexon we're talking about.
At least they're giving us plenty of 2x to make levelling less painful, if we do get the chance to (re-)earn those rings.

Didn't lose exp, but I most likely lost 3k nx (that i made in mts) and scrolls I got from mwlb summons. I think they should just give 30k maple points instead of the 5k. And the 2x events... well I'm from europe.

btw...
What if some1 bought 500k nx during the time? Would he/she get refunded?
