For some reason, very few people in Singapore are named Lyn. Jaclyn, Jazlyn, Jaslyn, etc. yes. Just Lyn? Nope.

Ive only known one girl named Tanya, and never have i even seen it outside of her where it was used.

Uma is a really unique name as well.

I had a classmate named Candy once...I've never met anyone named Candy apart from her.

For guys...names of biblical characters (particularly the apostles') are pretty common. I only know of one person named Moses (who happens to be a celeb) though...Paul isn't terribly common either.

p.s. Uma means Horse in Japanese. Lol~

on biblical names:
used to go to middle school with a guy named Ezekial. pretty funny dude, but had massive roid rage when he got pissed off. very scary. i stayed on his good side. =/
