Id think a minimum of 14~15 to all stats, with at least 1 other equip to make them worth it., specially if the other equip can be used in place of another.

What do you need to make Hat + top+bottom+boots?
I really want to get them 0_0 (including quests, it's not on my maker list I think)

Its automatically there, even without the quests.

And from what ive seen, its all just powders and Iruvata boosters.

They aren't that hard to get, people are getting them left and right from Gach. Just make sure you whisper every person that gets one from Gach and you should get them in no time. I personally found the Purple Powders more aggravating to get. I spent 2 days in the FM looking for decently priced ones. >_>

The main problem with buying them from people is that they are basically drop trade only, which heavily opens you up to be scammed.

Just force them to drop first. If not either

A. There's tons of other available people that will gach them
B. They'll cave if you leave

Better than being "a nice guy" then getting fucked over

My current goal is to complete the android set, but getting the iruvata boosters has been a pain in the ass. Luckily I haven't been scammed and everyone I've dealt with has been pretty nice.

Just using advanced str/dex crystals; I don't have the rocks to use a stimulator since 10% chance might as well be 50% chance to me.
