I'm going to make a mule DB'er. I don't really care for the class and after doing 1 ring mule, and probably getting my other ring from 70-100 level's on my outlaw I think that
leveling a new char sounds like crap. The only reason I'm gonna make a mule dualblader is because they may be limited time and I don't want to miss the oppurtunity to "own" one.

Ah thats quite interesting. I had a feeling Tristan didnt go alone despite what Manji said.
Perhaps Dark Lord was going toward the rendezvous and felt the ground tremble from Tristan&Balrog.
Thus Manji not seeing him and DL's presence that would help explain the sealing charms on Balrog.
As well as how Tristan slain the demon with his weakened sword.

Edit: Ive noticed how all the job masters have plot significance...except Dances with Balrog.
You have Grendal with Evan and the curse dolls made from his former dark magic. Athena with Aran & Kyrin as well as being the only living person
known to have seen the horror of the Black Mage.And now Dark Lord with Balrog & Dual Blade.
Dances has the Stumpy quest. Not near as epic or plot relevant to the others.

It's only because they haven't connected Dances with Balrog with one of the newer classes. Give them time and they will.

Oh okay, thanks. That explains why the feathers are use items. Oddly though, the quest in gMS also involves turning in 5 feathers to cassandra, and since tespia is closed, it'll probably relate to some other web event.

Or we will get autobanned when we click it. Nexon could have forgotten it there.

DB are cool and strong, but I though they are not worth the NX, when I can just play my aran. Still making one for possible items like lilins ring/classes and while I still CAN. Afterall it's timelimited.

As a reminder, did this, as with the other classes, give out a free character slot? I have a name held and all, but I may or may not make it immediately depending on the answer.

nexon made it an "explorer" class, so it won't be coming with a free slot (even though the damned thing has it's own "pick which character you want" button at the create a charatcer screen and it's own(?) cs inventory)

Is there any benefit to your existing characters from having the Dual Blade on the same account, like the in-account-tradable equips from Aran and Evan, or some new form of Blessing?
(Obviously if you put the DB on another account, it will miss out on those account-locked equips and the Blessing from your main, but I'm asking about the other direction).

I will be making one for BoF mule, get it to maybe lvl 150 or 160 :o, since i have everything prepared, pg+mist+bishop to skellegon leech, then bishop as training partner after im able to train at skellegon

Potential system was way after dual bladers. If I remember correctly, major patches went like this in kMS: Golden temple -> dual bladers -> hob king pq -> 7th anniversary -> potential system/chaos bosses.

There's still quite a long way to go, at least two and a half months, especially if hob king pq doesn't come next patch, which it probably won't.

They give no account-shareable or karma-able equips. They get their own face accessories but they cannot be moved to any other character. Of course, Nexon could change it like they did for the Dragon Glasses.

did double clicking the feathers in kms give you anything special?

would it be useful to use the feathers now with the cassandra event or save them for the "after june 30th thing"?

We were able to trade in 5 feathers for a chance to get into Tespia. And, iirc, after a certain date, we were able to click them for items, I think.
