Japanese Drama help!
#1
Well, more like I need suggestions. Anyone know of recent (as in so far this year) Japanese dramas that are nice and funny and not too serious? And maybe something that would be preferable to watch with another person. ;P

I don't care if the series just finished or starting or somewhere in between, I just need something. Frown

Well, it's not that recent, but I myself am very fond of Trick. It's about a stage magician and a physics professor that go around debunking spiritualists, and it's pretty funny. If you haven't seen it, check it out. Three seasons, a couple specials, a couple movies, and it's finished.

Why Japanese dramas? Won't anything else work just fine?

Anyways, keeping myself within the limits of Japanese dramas, try Great Teacher Onizuka's live-action drama. Haven't watched it myself; only read the original source material- but apparently, this was pretty popular with Japanese viewers. Great Teacher Onizuka is an absolutely hilarious anime and manga series, and I've heard that the drama did not disappoint at all.

I was going to suggest 1 Litre of Tears until I read that. =/

Oh, Yukan Club fits your needs perfectly.
