Windowed or Full Screen?

Sorry, had to.
Anyways, windowed mode lags me like a giant peach. Full screen is the only way I can go.

I never use windows mode because I enjoy the full screen better. Although windows mode is not a bad thing since someone people like to play and search the internet at the same time, I just alt tab.

You'd like that, wouldn't you? Wink

I've also noticed some lag sometimes with windowed mode - that, or I manage to click outside the box accidentally and have to click back in.

The main disadvantage to windowed, as I just discovered this week while my parents were visiting, is that my mother can NOT keep away from that little red X. We went through several iterations of the following:

Her: "Can I check my email on your computer?"
Me: "Sure. It's on, just leave everything else like it is when you get off."
<She gets on, *closes* MS>
Me: AAAARGH!

So much for my FM spot, right?

They really, really, need to implement an "Are you sure you want to exit MapleStory? [Yes] [No]" box when someone clicks the red X.

I use windows mode, but anyone know how to make maple start up in windows mode? I know there is the system options menu and the box to check, but the problem is that whenever i check the box, it doesn't stay there... does that make any sense at all?

It's like, i'll check the box and turn it to windows mode, then later quit the game (full shut off of Maple). I'll come back later to see that Maple starts up in fullscreen again; the system options remain with neither box checked.

Sorry for the long-ish post, but i would really want to know how to make permanent windows mode.

I pretty much stick to windowed mode when I'm playing (this is true for any online/computer game I play that has this option). I'm usually doing other things on my computer outside of playing the game, so it's easier to just be able to minimize the screen with the click of a mouse than ALT + TAB out repeatedly and wait for the other screens to load and such.

I switch between the two, even though I like Full Screen more just because it's bigger.

[SIZE="1"]Been using Windowed all the time, Full screen looks wayyyyy too bloated and unattractive now.

Windowed mode + Por-- Videos / Anime = Able to grind mindlessly at STD's

I use both equally, like for zak and other bosses or aPQ I'll use full screen so I have a less chance of lag or disconnecting. I'll use windowed when I'm training or doing whatever else.

Lags on one computer, works fine on the other. I usually only even bother to switch when I need the time.
