The first one is really just a 3D-cube with 4 sides: Those aren't that hard. MagicCubes are harder:

If the sphere in the first video doesn't move freely/independently of the outside cube, it's really just the cube alone, second one is a mindfu'ck though, I can't even imagine how to start it.
