That one was catchy. Was it some Pokemon League thing at Orange Islands or something? The one where there's like a stadium and a hill and the wind's all blowing and there's Ash and stuff.
Eh, I've started to take a liking to the Japanese Pokemon songs because I can actually moderately understand the lyrics now. :3

It's the 3rd opening for the Johto season... which they called Pokemon:Master Quest.
This happened right after finishing the Johto league when they went to the Whirl islands which is where Ash faces misty in that whirlpooly place.

Knew that was Johto halfway through reading it. Johto happens to be the best pokemon season, and has the best openings imo.

The Kanto, Orange Islands, and 1st Johto ones were excellent. Went downhill after that.
As for the Japanese ones, I liked only OK! and Ready! Go! which is the 3rd and 5th ones.

Correct, that occured right after they finished the very first part of Master Quest where ash fights misty in the whirl cup.

I love 1st johto opening, the Hoenn season where it was like "I came from pallet town," and the first diamond and pearl opening, dunno know, I guess because it was radically different.
