I recently heard this song and I've been trying to figure out what they say at certain points. I've looked for lyrics on the internet, but no websites have them.
So far I have:
Often times he would hypothesize
About the things that best be left unknown
Like where the motivation truly lied
With the people that he’s come to know
It wasn’t lack of trust or anything
That never tipped a man on the side
But now the upper wings on the silver scream
On an over-imaginative mind
Never had a reason to rhyme
For the lies that he would imply
He’s got the right
Hypothesis churning out
The hypothesist is churning the
Right hypothesis churning
But people often would call him paranoid
And he’d say cautious is a better word
And when the myriads (theories?) turned round upon himself
That’s when things took a turn for the worse
Contemplating every sign
And reading in between every line
He thought that the answer’s 3+3
But we never seen anything
He’s got the right
Hypothesis churning out
The hypothesist is churning the
Right hypothesis churning out
The hypothesist is churning
The right hypothesis churning out
The hypothesist is churning the right
Hypothesis churning
He questioned everything incessantly
But the answers were seldom found
And like a self-fulfilling prophecy
Eventually it wore him out
It wore him
OUTTTTTTTTT
It wore him
OUTTTTTTTTT
Alright!
Where the italicized areas are areas that I am unsure of. Is there anyone out there with a better ear that could help enlighten me? Some of the parts I'm REALLY unsure of because they make no sense whatsoever.
