I really don't know what to think about this.

Culture Update [IIRC] (for those going wtp):

Justin Bieber was a YouTube singing "sensation" found by some guy who brought him to see Usher, who signed him a record deal with Island Def Jam records. He has since released an album, One World, which certified platinum in the United States, and made Bieber the first artist ever to have seven songs from a debut album chart on the Billboard's Hot 100 Chart.

In other words, he can "sing," is "liked" by many people, but in the end is still a dumbass (see: OP).

And I was like
Baby, baby, baby ohhh
Like baby, baby, baby noo
Like baby, baby, baby ohh
I thought youd always be mine mine

Baby, baby, baby ohh
Like baby, baby, baby noo
Like baby, baby, baby ohh
I thought youd always be mine, mine
Baby, baby, baby ohh

And I'm like
Baby, baby, baby ohh

I thought youd always be mine, mine

Baby, baby, baby ohh

No, seriously. I like this song. Actually, planning on singing it with one of my friends at a bar for fun. Drunken singing, delicious. We'll be doing a 2-man group singing on top of the stage as I swing down taking off my hat and coat and woo the ladies, good sh`t.

That video, when I saw it, made me facepalm hard.

...It still does.

That's a real song? Dear God.

Also, he's 16, right? Yet he still sounds like a little girl? Hell, at 12 I was sounding like Barry White.

No matter how hard I try reading TVTropes entries they make no sense to me. I don't know what are you talking about now. I really don't get the idea.

What's there to not make sense of?

Lemme simplify it then. Cartman committs the most heinous acts possible, and no matter what happens, he never gets his proper comeuppance. He's a Karma Houdini, because he always manages to escape the retribution of bad karma. Example is Cartman lying about having Tourette's syndrome so he can get away with cussing and it begins to backfire on him when he starts spouting out personal secrets. He nearly gets caught by Chris Hanson into spilling the truth as well as reveal embarrassing secrets only to have a swarm of pedophiles enter the studio and they all suicide upon seeing Chris Hanson. In the midst of the mayhem Cartmen never revealed the truth, and gets away with it.

This contrasts to someone like Black Mage from 8-Bit Theater, who is batsh'it crazy and is far more destructive than Cartman, but because the universe exists just to make Black Mage miserable in which makes him want to blow up the world, I can excuse his heinous acts because not only is the comic based on black comedy, he gets all kinds of wacky karmic retribution that almost always sets him back to square one of whatever he tries to achieve or makes his achievements not worth the effort. At least Black Mage knows how to make his carnage and destruction hilarious. I liked Cartman when he was just a loud mouthed fat kid trying to fit in/do his own thing. Now he's a bigoted insensitive jerkass monster who makes anyone that you ever hated in real life seem like a nice person in comparison.

Wait, what? I thought she was a girl? I assumed because, ya know, most guys have gone through the major puberty changes by 16. I thought she... she just sounded like a girl, she must be gay.

He's...a late bloomer. I don't think he's gone through puberty at all. -Points toward the shirtless images of him that everyone on Facebook posts-
No.

There's a section of Photobucket where people are posting pictures with celebrities, and pictures with him are the most popular. Just listening to him talk makes me want to pull a St. Peter and lop off my own ears. o_O

I kinda get it now, but the entry on TVTropes had me lost. Really, I didn't understand anything like you explained.
