I'm not in japan but I can still access their website. Maybe they're just blocking certain countries, I live in New Zealand btw. Possibly I have to wait until the right time to download the client.

wow sweet! If you're not busy, could you please direct me to the download link? I tried pressing the game start button to try download it but it didn't work, only the message saying "you can only play from --pm to --pm pops up"

That's because you can only play from 3pm to 10pm Japan time which is 2am~9am EST
As for the download link, since it's not in the email, you should just be able to click game start during that time interval and the rest should be taken care of.

Also, from what I've been reading in the forum, the quest to aqcuire your job change at lvl 15 is NOT implemented in the cbt which is kind of a turn-off for me as I was srsly amazed by the Acrobat class which totally resembled chun-li >_<

So is there an IP block then? Starts in 5 minutes.

oh ok, thanks both of you. Right now the site is moving like molasses probably due to the traffic but I'll let you know if it works.

UPDATE: I'm still getting the error and reading the FAQ on this error right now

UPDATE 2: It might be a little bit extreme, but I'm going to try to see if the reason why this game will not start is because of our operating systems not being in Japanese format so I'm installing JP windows 7 on my laptop to give it a test. The FAQ says our security programs might be the ones at fault here which might be the case, but I've already tried disabling some things in my AVG so what gives?!

UPDATE 3: I have sent an inquiry to hangame about this to which they couldn't give me a straight answer so we're basically on our own to try things out until they work.

They've added a new News Bulletin and FAQ note to try to cover this. It recommends you update Adobe FlashPlayer to the newest version (10.0.45.2?) and that XP users may be having some sort of a HackShield conflict coughmaplestorycough (Not sure why Vista/7 wouldn't be affected by this).
