Unicorn Skillbook location?

Was just curious if anyone has seen a Gach Smega with a location of this book yet? Also if you have gotten one, or seen one, can you tell me if the book is tradeable?

I've seen one from Zipangu Gach. It lasts 15 days, and I thought it was just a cover for your mount, not really a skill.

Only reason I called it a skill was on the nexon website they state "What’s that you say? You’ve never mastered the Riding skill? No problem! As long as you’re level 13 and above, you can ride your Unicorn into the sunset!" and Ty for your answer
