I don't know, but playing in chinese servers aren't good. I'll let you go without harsh words and feeling if you come back whenever we can play.. lol

But I guarentee they'll ruin it in some way. That's the same company that runs CMS, and they support hacking. Play at your own risk and loss. I'm just trying to keep this community together.. don't bail on me and the rest of us now, guys. We're going to have to wait either way to play, and chances are both the chinese version and american version are going to bomb. If not the japanese version too.. but i'm optomistic. If any of you do play, at least tell us what it's like and try to compile some guides.

As long as you come back. You and your woman bring us infos. k? tnx. bi.
(actually, I don't know if this is allowed, but does anyone want to try and make a general dragon nest forum for info? This way we can pull in people interested, too.)

THIS WILL NOT BE EASY.
We're in a foreign game that has little knowladge on it, and most of you (including me) have little to no knowledge of japanese. We have to deal with the japanese who have a strong distaste for foreigners, as you can already see. We will have to use proxies to some extent. We can get a good community going, but only if you guys try and are willing to go through a little hardship. The reward? A close-knit community free of Nexon America's mistakes.
___
And at above, uh, you're going to have to get HTTP mask proxies. The socks5 proxies we use for gaming don't work for web browsers.
Way to welcome me to the community o.o
1. I'm in Japan now and have a Japanese IP thus I do NOT need a proxy. I've even been playing Monster Hunter Frontier which is IP banned to those outside of Japan.
2. I'm taking the JLPT lvl 2 this year...this game should be a cakewalk compared to that (MHF wasn't too hard as there was nothing but text to read). Even if it isn't, I know how to ask someone o.o
3. I am stiving to be a translator as a full time job and I do have some experience at it so if you or anyone needs some help, I will try to make myself available.
It seems as though I have successfully applied (もう一回応募してみたら既に応募をされていますという返事がでてきたんやけどなぁ ^_^
I should probably check my email to see what's going on there =3
Wish me luck!

強制に means "By force" or "Forcefully" depends on context. Finish the sentence and it should come out right...not sure about the translator pooping out the right response but im 110% sure that I'm right about the definition.
たとえば (for example)
強制失格 = Forced failure

Thanks ^_^
Ummm anyone good with editing videos? Fraps can only record files so large then has to make a new video file and I don't know how to merge them yet so you might get 40 secs of high quality vids before part 2 of a recording >_<

According to Joe's screenshot, the sign-ups just opened today at noon. I'd say it's still worth a shot to sign up and apply. If the sign-ups are closed, that means they got 8000 applicants in THREE HOURS! which, if that's a sign of things to come, means this game is going to be huge...

Most of us are IP blocked, so we don't really know. I assume there's a button you click somewhere, but from what joe's screenshot said, the apps are filled allready.

Nothing in the screenshot says the spots are already filled so I think it's worth at least an attempt if you can make it through whatever IP barrier is there. Besides, the spots are going to be chosen by lottery (抽選 instead of first come, first serve, on the 23rd (meaning you have until then to find a work-around and throw in an application) so I don't see why they would hold the lottery at any time before the end of the sign up period. And according to the screenshot, the beta test begins on the 28th.
Happy hunting!
