There aren't any MS fansites censored out. Nexon did update the censor list in this last patch. I don't post censor updates.

I think the next step is to replace "*" with a message. I suggest doing what Odin did.
Odin turned @@@@, ####, ect. into "DISREGARD THAT I SUCK COCK!", and it took over the message. Doing that would be nice. :]
