Yes, that's Mizushima. That particular image is actually made by a pretty well known artist, Taka Tony.

Apparently, the thought of Captain Falcon came into mind. He's the sexiest fictional character out there. If I was gay, I'd be all over Captain Falcon. Even a straight man would rub their abdominal muscles all over C. Falcon's.
