Is Pokesaving 31 IVs in everything within league rules? It's POSSIBLE to do without 3rd party programs, but about a one in three million chance of getting it, unless there's magic ways to manipulate IVs I don't know about.

Smart breeding can get you 3/4 perfect IVs with a pretty doable probability. It can still take over a dozen hours :/

I can RNG abuse anything you can do with legal hacks in ~2 hours and EV train in 15 minutes. Only 3rd party program required is a clock.

From the noises Will was making on the phone, I'd say AiG is a worthy foe and ceddy taking AiG down sounds like an improvement upon your match with me.

About that IV breeding: I once spend 2 weeks of breeding (didn't play every day though) but I got a Pokémon with 3 pefect IVs (which is actually on my team right now, but it's EVs and moveset are somewhat outdated).
The Pokémon on my team have the following birthdays:
-Nov. 3, 2007
-Jan. 15, 2008
-Jan. 27, 2008
-Feb. 6, 2008
-Mar. 1, 2008
-Jan. 17, 2009

So most of them are really old.
