If its patched in Pearl, it's probably patched in Diamond, Plat, HG, SS, and all subsequent games. Could look into Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FR or LG.

Still looking for Charmander and Squirtle. I have all the others sans Torchic, who I don't care about.
I would need Someone to help me transfer Event Acerus to SS and HG then ill trade you the Giratina and Palkia and Dialga the go back to my older save and repeat it on each game. Also need someone to help with sending pikapichus to HG and SS I have all starters (gotten from trades and well starting a game). Willing to help anyone. I have Event Acerus, Shaymins, and Pikapichus to give out to anyone who wants one.(thank you, yotsuba for posting that pic o.0 )
