How did this happen?

So first of all assume this guy isn't a hacker because I'm pretty sure hes not.
On Galacia there was a group of Islanders and there was one in particular named VACATlON.
So This guy and quite a few other guys had some rare items. A Raccoon Mask, Tuna, And A Maple helm.
Well Of coarse He got the Tuna And Raccoon Mask from remote Gachapon.
But what about the Maple helm? How did he get it?

You can get Maple Helms from Henesys gachapon(I did before, pomegranate was under average).

Maple Helms came from monsters in the 2007 Anniversary event. Then in 2008/2009 they switched to Maple-Leaf trade-ins. Doesn't really explain it being on Galacia though.

Notice 2 of them in my inventory, plus the gacha owning me in chat box.

I'm guessing that when galacia came out the maple helm still had't been removed from gacha causing him to be able to get one? lol

Why would it have been removed? When I gach'd mine, there were no maple item-gach events going on, which is why I screened it.
