Question about Magic Seeds

I'm sure that most of you (if not all) know that donating lots of certain etc. items to Chief Tatamo will make him lower the price of Magic Seeds. Does anyone know the lowest it can be?

Lowest I've heard them be is 8k per seed.
Lowest I've personally gotten them was 12k per.

So you need..

30,000 total Kentaurus etc to be able to get the price down to 8k..
or 6000 Manon's Tails/Griffey's Horns..
