This might be completely foreign... but have you considered LEAVING your house and WALKING to the doughnut shop?

I watched one where are there lots of girl voices in the back. Taking a pimple or something out of this guy's back.

I didn't feel sick or anything, my mind has been pre-spoiled with other nasty things. I don't care anymore.
