No, I saw. You're still not understanding me. I said the entire thing is pretty moronic. Every other skill was cool, besides that one. Come on, a soccer ball. Stuff like that should be more-so for joke-events or April's fools, would have made more sense then, and it'd be funny. I saw the entire skill animation before I posted anything. There was 3 pictures:
a) Ball rolling
b) Exploding after-effect
c) Ball exploding

So technically, it IS an exploding soccerball.

So you expect to like the way every single skill looks? I didn't know everything in Nexon was perfect...How about next time you post what you like instead of going straight to the negative things...this is why Basil is horrible because of that.

I don't remember this. Was this a part of a Nexon America teaser or was it something in-game? A quest?

Bah, I accidently pressed the back button, so I have to type this all a second time..


Anyway, I do not know how to look at previous data from Nexons website, but it was a ''trailer'' of sorts that was released when pirates were about 5 days away(remember they released a teaser for every countdown?)

It's up to you wether you believe me or not, but let me summarize the basics of the comic:

There are two pirates, the male is a fighter and the female was a gunslinger. After confirmnig they're ready to fight eachother, they begin a countdown. Before the male pirate is able to count to three, the female pirate cheats and shoots an ice splitter at him before he can react, after he insists she broke the rules, she basically says screw the rules I'm a pirate.

After they joke fight a little more an old man nearby asks them if they want to know the origin of pirates, and what they were before the black mage came, and they sat down because they were interested in hearing the story. It then goes to a flashback of a single pirate(wearing sachiel set) and a flock of Erogoths familiars(I guess they were to cheap to use a new mob for the minions of the black mage) and they had a bit of a fight, and the typical ''We don't know what happened to him after that'' speech.

This was not in game, and it was not on a notice. It was on that pirate symbol you could click on the maplestory site when pirates were about to be released.

EDIT: after reading a few of the replies, I think you guys might be right about him giving Kyrin to Athena pierce, maybe I was wrong. Bad memory so that's a fail on me.

Yeah that's it! It's in the cartoon section. Notice how the character is darker skinned, Kyrn is not. But still.

Hmm... probably they could have an invicible mount, like the skill would be leaf riding, making it to float in a leaf tornado, that would be awesome
