Goddamn, she's absolutely irresistibly adorable! Hayate the Combat Butler has never been exactly masterful with art, but good Lord: A-tan here has an excellent character design, and I think I must attribute that to the drill hair and the face together. Definitely one of my favorite females from the series who ISN'T Hinagiku.
Vote drill hair, and you'll be absolutely satisfied.

On another note: Khoi, is that some Ladies versus Butlers picture? Not following with that series so I wouldn't know; and all I know is that it features some drill hair.
