How this works is, I'll hold a poll on things like facial features, personality, clothing, etc. and have you guys vote on what each feature on this person should be. Go ahead and provide visual examples if you want. When applicable, I (or someone else, if you want to) will draw (on MS Paint) the feature that you chose and/or write more of their bio and keep the person regularly updated here. I'm curious as to what you guys can cook up in terms of creativity, so let's get going.
