California should be higher up sadly :c| Theres an "air resources board" thats trying to pull some really stupid pomegranate. Like regulating what color cars are, requiring heat reflecting windshields, that would have blocked GPS and cell phone signals as well, and more recently they are trying to force upgrades to diesel engines that cost about 10K dollars to have done, and fail at something like a 95% rate.

Also, the state legislature has a 10% approval rating :f6:

Gotta love Calis property taxes. There was a provision made that made the prices static or something, so that they wouldnt be able to go up to ridiculous levels.

Louisiana 28 15.64%
Texas 22 12.29%
so why did you mention texas and not louisiana?
did texas have more previously?

1) I don't like Texas. Three bad presidents came from it that I can name, but no one knows anything about Louisiana other than New Orleans(?).
2) It looked like it had more when I posted. 3% is a really small difference, so I might have made that mistake.
