Love that show. He's amazing. I'm pretty sure I'd be out either by the log you walk on (like the 2nd part of the 1st stage) or that spinning thing that you have to walk across (4th part I think). And screw that huge-ass wall. I've seen people who, at the end of the third stage, push that sliding bar out of their reach and are unable to finish because of that. I really feel bad for those guys.

Really though, he f'ucking wreaked those obstacles. He had plenty of time to bow at the end of the first stage, he looked like he was taking his sweet time on the second stage, he completed the third stage (for fans of the show, you know how ridiculous that is), and finished the 4th stage with 3.5 seconds left. He's a monster.

Truthfully speaking, I'd probably be out on the 1st stage, with that spinning thing. God, I hate that. He's so good at balancing himself on it though, damn. The fact that he had over 10 seconds left on 1st stage, was really impressive. Most people have like a couple seconds left, because most of their time is used against that HUGE RAMP. There were so many contestants that couldn't pass it, especially when they revamped the show and made the ramp even taller and bigger.

I forgot which Ninja Warrior it was, but eventually, they added these HOT PURPLE LIGHT BULBS that the contestants would have to grab and get past. That looks so painful and hard to do, seriously. I think even up until now, Nagano still participates in Ninja Warrior. I'll have to look this up more.

How many times did he beat this again? Gut tells me the video is of the first time, and i'm pretty sure he's won more than once.

Last I checked, his first time or something, he got to the last stage, and missed the buzzer by like.. BARELY A COUPLE MILLISECONDS. >_O 2nd time, he won. Uhh, after that, I noticed he started losing. I'm not sure if he's won any afterwards. I'm sure he did though. . .

Thing about SASUKE is that every time someone wins (I'm not sure what happens if NO ONE wins..), they change the stages a bit, and add on MORE things to make the stage longer, and make it even more difficult than before. I forgot which Ninja Warrior that was, but uhhh, Nagano did a fine job on winning. I dropped my jaws the first time I watched it, and saw him winning on TV.

Nagano is a goddamn beast. He trains so much, it's ridiculous. I read his biography once, but it was a couple years ago.

I always thought female ninja warrior was harder than the male version.

Disregard the annoying as hell british commentary.

I think the female version was easier, imo. >_> . . . Maybe that's just me, but it seems significantly easier.

One of those things that looks easy but is actually extremely hard. Especially stage 3. Those domino mat things? Holy s'hit.

Not to mention that the female course is built around balance than physical strength. And they still have the 4th stage kind of the same. o.o

Wait, you mean the male-version of Ninja Warrior. That's because it was some of the earliest Ninja Warriors. In some of the latest ones, they revamped 4th stage too. @_@

Mis-understood. Yeah, female version is more suited for balance than strength, but in 3rd stage Ninja Warrior (male version), you can see that there's a lot of parts which involves flexibility, balance, and coordination as well.

EDIT: And yes, those dominoes are definitely hard. I gotta admit to that.

If I can find an image or a video, I'll show you. They added a small part, after you spider-walk up the tower, there's a small obstacle in the middle. THEN, you can climb up the ropes. I forgot what it was though, I think it was another set of ladders or something.

Ohhh, and as you're spider-walking UPWARDS, the walls are going <- and ->, so you'll start losing your grip. I think I remembered seeing that.

@7:55, this is new. They added ladder instead, and removed the spider-walk.

Female version looks a crapload harder to me. Especially when they're going against each other at the same time as a race. One person in front of you falls or something and you may end up screwed as well, depending how they mess up. You may fail when it's not even your fault.

I thought it always did that. You're saying they added that later?

I can't tell which seems easier, but the ladder is kinda weird. :/
