Wolf Spiders seem to drop them at a decent rate, along with some extra mesos, Ilbis, Wisdom Crystal Ores. Yeaaah...

Edit: And I suppose alternatives could be (Dual) Ghost Pirates, and (Gigantic) Spirit Vikings.

One Last Edit: If you're feeling lucky, try out Jr. Balrog, whom drops refined Black Crystals.

You could also go to MP3. one of the mobs drops them at a decent rate along with the other ore being orichalcon, which is important for reverse weapon forging o-O

The Slimys drop them. They have a horrible spawn rate there compared to Ghost Ship 2. Not to mention MP3 is starting to get crowded since Cygnus Knights and Arans were out.
