Yeah, those are the things you collect. I always associate those with Lazerdisks (my gram gram still has a ton of em downstairs), but they're like the audio version of those things.

But yeah, in Bayonetta you collect those and get new weapons from em.

LP's = Let's Plays, how can you guys not know that. Have you guys never ever watched a LP? ;-; This makes me sad. The community of SP has so very little knowledge on the world of Let's Plays! /nerdrage

I do not watch Lets Plays, because I would rather play the game myself than to watch someone else play it and put their commentary over the game. The only Lets Play I've ever watched was for Yume Nikki, and that was only 1 part because the dude was boring. I just wanted to see what he was going to say about the game, but meh.

Actually, there was another game. I watched the first like 5 minutes of the LP for Theresia, only because I wanted to see how the game was. Turned the LP off right after because the girl was annoying, and I just got to downloading and playing it myself.

I was watching one by Boltage McGammar, and he was actually rather hilarious. I've seen several others, and I sorta got bored at their's. I'm slowly improving myself with commentaries, but I'll do better as I progress! Only reason I would watch it is as if I'm missing something in the game that I can't get past. Which.. Boltage showed how to do in his videos, and he made it funny while demonstrating. `-`

I did that while I was playing MMZXA a while back, hmmm.

nice job , guess i was the only one thinking of LP as Let's play. what program are you using for the recording ,i was thinking about being more productive with my normal game play but starting something like this.

Speed-runs are pretty fun. Especially bossing ones. Tons of those for Tales and MMX1. <<;

EDIT: Then again, there's so many of them on YT that it discourages me from watching at times. :|

I was using HyperCam. It's free, and relatively easy to use! Only reason I lagged like a fcker was because my laptop is rather sh'tty, imo. GBA+HyperCam is usually okay.

thanks for the info, funny thing was i just asked a question about recording on the irc and only had one person help me . hopefully i'll be able to us this and can record my whole game completion from start to finish.

If it helps, depending on what you're using for an emulator, set priority to 'highest' or try to use more CPU speed to decrease lag.

ok, well just started using it . seems to be working great. what emulator are you using for your LP? normally i use visual boy to play the game(speed up motion kicks ass). seems to be working great with it , might just be because this is a new laptop. thank you for your help

You could try NoCashGBA (No$GBA) and see that works to your liking too. I've tried both, I like them both, but No$ plays DS too.
