Maker questions.

Sorry to bother, I've read the maker topic from Fiel but couldn't find my questions in it.

1. Where can you exchange the ETC items for the Crystals?
2. Can you exchange World Tour ETC drops too? (Need to know for NLC and Singapore.)
3. How does the crystal level system work? (As in, does it automatically get a grade assigned after the patch, does it happen after reforging?)

1.) Click Maker Skill icon to open the skill window -> click Category, choose Monster -> Choose Monster Crystal on the next drop down box, put ETC items in the middle box on the top row, click Create -> Voila.

2.) Nope, mainly just mainstream ETCs and a few out-of-place ones. Himes' don't work, neither do those from Masteria.

3.) Crystal level system? You mean gem grading/appraising?
If so, you have to grade/appraise them yourself.

• Ungraded refined gem -> Basic refinement: This process requires 110k mesos, you have certain chances for receiving Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Graded Gems, look around for the %s. This process succeeds 100%.
  
• Basic gems -> Intermediate refinement: This process requires more mesos, I think 550k and you only have 1 output: Intermediate gems (with a certain % chance of success.)
  
• Intermediate gems -> Advanced refinement: Same as above.

10 intermediate gems -> 1 adv gem (success) OR 9 intermediate gems (fail) I can't recall the percentages. But it happened to me too many times in a row that I nearly gave up on trying to get an advanced dex crystal D:

For 10 Basics to Intermediate, the success rate is 70%.
For 10 Intermediates to Advance, the success rate is 30%.

Ouch.
