Bucc's Snatch Skill

Am I missing something here? In the "how to get them" thread, it says that the skill is obtained from Kyrin, but there are no more quest available to me for Snatch. Ive gotten all other skills but this one. Do i need to add a point to Super Transform or something? I cant think of anything else to get it. :c\

I wouldn't be surprised if Nexon borked this quest too. After all, they hate Pirates.

Battleship Cannon quest is broken too. This is probably affected in the same way.

Good thing this is nowhere near as serious as corsairs, lol.

Dammit, i woulda liked that ~1 mil ext from this quest <_< oh well, the other skills should be good enough for now. Its not like i was gonna use Snatch any time soon.
