Anyone seen them coming out of the Gachapon? How rare are they? And which town did they come out of?

I'd guess NLC, but otherwise I know nothing.

Have yet to see one even in FM.

I would never put it past nexon for doing this :c|

Hopefully, they do the right thing and revert back to the pricing of the first event, and have 1 key that opened both boxes or have 1 price for both keys or something.
