Well, I think they're trying to avoid things like leech coming up. Some of the 4th jobs are incredibly unbalanced and maybe they're trying to make things a little better.

Makes no sense. Even if 4th job is unbalanced, having a 200 3rd jobber is retarded. It's not like Bishops are spreading out everywhere.

That's exactly the inverse. Jobs are like this:
Bossing and Training.
Some jobs have Bossing:★★★ and training:★ Like Bowmasters. (I`m not saying that bowmasters suck at training, because they don`t, but they`re just way better bossing than training at maps like oblivion.)
Mages are like this on 4th job Bossing:★ and Training:★★★
They can still boss, but i must say that it`s extremely annoying to do so. Either goes to the amount of money used for a Zakum solo for example.

I can clearly say this because i have an Archmage, and it`s extremely annoying to be rejected at bosses, unless you have decent fourth job skills.
Also, fourth job do balances. If fourth job was this bad, most versions wouldn`t have it.
Either KMS wouldn`t waste time developing it. Also, that`s not only me that find it in this way, either you don`t need to call me low leveled, or that i like to leech, because this has nothing to do with the topic focus. I do have two fourth job characters. Also, i don`t leech, i`m not such kind of random people that comes across maps begging for leech. This is an unnecessary discussion.
Also, try to get to level 200 without 4th job, it`s horrible.It will never make sense, you will level up lots of time, while all your skills from every job are maxed.

3rd job was more balanced? That's a good one...

Who can forget the major balanced night lords, dks or priests! vs ...lets say... every other class? When 4th job came around, it was no longer only hermits making the difference in bosses [after apples, otherwise replace with wasteful Meso Explosion] DKs being the best trainers as well as being needed for bosses, and a priest for healing or HS. After 4th job, you can realistically bring heroes, drks, nls, bms, MM, corsairs and bishops. Yes, it leaves a lot of classes out, but the other classes all at least in theory got a bigger training boost (Archmages, paladins, shadowers), I'm not really sure where brawlers fall, though i think they're the outliers.

EMS seriously needs to hurry up and release it though

That first one wasn't true. They got Thunder Breakers fine.

They got thunder breakers without the rest of 8x + weapons and most mobs that drop the scrolls for those.
Because those were dropped only by leafre monsters, or ones that they don`t have.
I consider this as half Thunder Breakers. Also, pirate NPC`s in Henesys park was extremely random.

This is what I'm seeing also. This is the only somewhat sensible reason not to release 4th. They might be waiting a long time to release it if they're waiting for a fix though.

Wait, if EMS has KoC without 4th job...what the hell is the point of making an adventurer?

You can make one and have it on hold until 4th comes out, but it's pretty damn hard to outdamage a KoC with only 3rd job skills, even with their cap at 120.

What is that adventurers training grounds?

Be level 20- and you can enter a special training map. Kinda pointless.
Also, yes, there`s no point at making an adventurer, if you can have 4th job skills as a Cygnus.
Maybe they were going into the Cygnus Bandwagon of every other maple.
