Some Aran Calculations

Because Aran really looks like a fun class to play, and because I like statistics and calculations, I decided to kill some boredom by doing some Aran-calculations. =) The calculations are about what skill to max first for maximal damage output.

Note: The calculations are outdated. There are some numbers changed, the biggest being the damage distribution of one skill over several monsters. The exact numbers of that are unknown at the time, making these calculations worthless for now. Therefore, I've put the old calculations in a spoiler. =)

This is the first time posting something for this, so sorry for the sloppiness and my not so perfect English. =( But I hope I helped some of you.

interesting, i dont know much about aran dmg calculations but if what u say is right then i'll adjust my build to this. Smile looking forward to ur 3rd job version

Can you try to add some theoretical Sharp Eyes party mule into it? (and also Aran's Critical, even though they don't have it yet) Smile

I added the third job, what an annoying amount of calculations. Eek I hope it's usefull for you. =)

@Devil: When I can find some time, I'll recalculate the 3rd job with an SE-mule. For the 2nd job it won't do any difference between the builds, both builds get the same damage increase. Wink

You may want to note that for 2nd job, we'll spend a majority of our time in extremely mobby places (C-2, B-3, MP3, Lower Ascent, Kappas, etc.). Here, it could take as few as 3 or 4 attacks to charge up for combo smash. Same deal for a lot of 3rd job- Himes, Typhs, Kents, places like that with amazing mobs.
