Are they still a borked drop, or are they actually dropping now? Id rather find out here before wasting my time heading all the way to omega to kill for an hour for nothing :|

I've done the quest on my Cygnus, so unless they screwed it up with the last patch, it drops.

Should note that Temporal Fragments are also dropping.
