What would they have to do with MapleStory?

Why did NEXON post them on their MapleStory Twitter page and changed the NEXON animation in the startup screen with them? :f6:

Nexon's mascots from the look of it, and how they encorporated them into the opening, they have nothing to do with Maple per se, it seems to be a Nexon overall kind of thing.

I've also been wanting an explanation on what the hell these are.

At first I thought mebbe they were a hint towards future creatures (like humanoid Slimes or something from Krakia), but I don't think that's the case anymore.

After many tries, I figured out the image link changes once in a set amount of time.

They look more like they're having fun. One has a hammer; Whack-a-mole? Running ecstatically to a roller coaster...? They all could fit into theme-park-like poses.

And they have party hats.

There is only one way to confirm this.

Someone go play another NEXON game, see if the NEXON animation is there, and if so, if the blockheads are there. :|

They all look identical to me, I think they just created a race as their mascot. Like how in pokemon there are like a billion pikacus and they all look the same.
