You can't do it in vista without some sort of program (and most of them ban you afaik). With this you don't need anything, you can just switch users with you want to control a different character. Though i'm pretty sure you can do it in XP.

xp and windows 7 work this way but somewhere in the coding for vista they messed with how your computer handles concurrent user accounts so it doesn't work

I have vista 64bit and I can run two MS. Multi versions and same versions. No program.

Mine is 32 bit. Maybe it has something to do with that, since my W7 is 64 bit.

I don't see why though. My specs can play them both seamlessly and that shouldn't change in 32 bit.

This isn't something nexon can fix. It's something microsoft can fix, and they aren't going to fix it either.

If i'm training my I/L and i need more pots i'll hop on my bucc (which will have already been stationed in zip with another clip of pots before i had started training) and go to where my I/L is to pot up.

Good for mules too, not that i have any mules anyway.

It's probably the 64-bit that's allowing you to do that. I have W7 32-bit and I get a HackShield error when I try connecting using a second account. However, I have Vista 64-bit on my laptop and I can connect using a second account.

Well that's good, especially since there's no real reason to run 32 bit anymore. Lol.
