Not bad, I like that they take feedback, I like to imagine they'll read what I suggested, but I dont know if that will happen.

But the money they give out reduces their net income to a certain negligible degree. But it's Nexon so negligibility only applies to their responsibilities.

You could also say that the winners may never have wanted to buy nx in the first place, or even that them winning it and spending it will get them wanting to start buying or otherwise buy even more than they had originally planned.

I pretty much picked all Nos for those questions on the commercial. That commercial was the /worst/ thing I have ever seen.

My response for question 10

"The commercial as is, is kind of chopped together looking. If the hairs and other items were Photoshopped in in a way that made them seem less cut+pasted in, it may appeal to the target audience more than its current state does. The music is somewhat iffy, but it may pull more people using music from the Crimsonwood Keep expansion of Masteria, or something that appeals to a popular sound of the target audience of today's music. The commercial itself was mainly focused on the customization of the characters, with actual gameplay being somewhat of a second thought feeling with only having a Bishop use Genesis once and then it was all over. Most people like to get a feel for the gameplay even before they download, and the current low level setup somewhat inhibits new players in a way as they have little to look forward to until they start seeing other players (or see a video on YouTube.com)."

I basically just told them to encorporate more of a Fantasy-RPG theme alongside the ads, as they advertise on gaming websites but dont market it as much of an RPG. Also I said we need a new liason between us and them, like NxProse was, without that they operate behind a veil and it lowers customer satisfaction and overall perspective on the company.

Other than that I really cant hold much against Nexon, oh also the commercial appeals to the very young audience when MapleStory has a very broad fanbase.

To the last question, I wrote:

"How about instead of Game Masters using Super Megaphones at 3 o'clock in the morning, and spamming songs about the cash shop, they could be banning hackers. Yeah. Things we users actually care about."

Just make due with what you have I guess. After all, they are giving us a chance to shout at them for all the crimes *AHEM* things they have done against us. At least it may be more reliable than the worse-than-crap ticketing system that fails due to numerous people using it.

Anyway, I went nearly to the limit of the 100 word max totalling to 99 words:

"The current Ticketing system is often too busy to carry out requests, which limits players trying to report problems with Maplestory, so an improvement or a new system to contact Nexon is needed. In addition, more Game Masters are needed to patrol the servers to catch obvious hackers advertising hack sites. Moreover, there needs to be communication between players and Nexon staff or Game Masters to outline the specific problems that go on in Maplestory servers, as current problems with abusers in servers such as Scania have been ignored with the ticket system, resulting in dissatisfied players and customers."

Yeah, that is geared more for Scandalia especially given the group of abusers that have gotten more than enough attention now (But I suppose we can just keep dreaming, eh?).

On the side note, who wants to bet that Nexon will read the first ten, select those as winners, then discard all other surveys or ignore all of the things wrote in the suggestions area? Since they are just picking 10 winners out of millions of players playing their blasted game, they are obviously are not going to read through the rest of the surveys (This is based on how they handle their ridiculous ticketing system).

Nexon: Due to unforeseen circumstances, a glitch allowed players to gain unfair experience at Bigfoot. this has been fixed.

I'm not saying they necessarily need to open up Tespia, but when they announce a new feature, they should read the player feedback and see if any legitimate concerns are raised. Preferably through a form that's only available to people who've shown some base level of understanding of the game, and good intentions to improving it.

You know what southperry should do, as basil and sw(highly unreliable rofl) collaborate a 'website' opinion/suggestion for each of the questions asked. Then copy and past it on as many accounts as possible throughout the competition. Some random lucky dog will get the 10k nx, but maybe then the general idea of what /needs/ to be changed could possibly be, ya know, heard?
