There has been a few successful HT running groups, guild and non-guild. <_> Need more groups though from the amount that want to go HT.

Well first there was HT1. I think at that point Davie tried to make HT2, it fell apart, and that kind of went into the shadows until Krysta remade it back in like may or something. We all know how HT2 turned out. Anyways, while HT2 was running, MardiaAlliance made a second group, supported by Kent but led by one of the higher bishops. Mostly HT1 runners with a few odd people. I think it went away after a few runs. While HT1 run was in full force and HT2 was being HT2, Lost hosted one run where everyone but 11 people DCed or died, somewhere before all the skills were given out and before HT2 as well. Around when HT1 was pretty much no longer running, Jay made the Ethereal runs. I went to one of them, and it was honestly kind of awkward because he would give the pep talk in alliance chat and not in the cave itself. HT2 kept running, leadership was passed around a few times, hackers running or something, Krysta tried to make a Profit HT while HT2 was still, became MNHT after VarsityHero took over, and that was it.

Pavel, I saw this great idea in a thread from Kradia. I know you mentioned you didn't want all the responsibility, and it honestly seems like a great idea. I think it would be alot of fun to split the group into three teams. They have a pretty good drop policy too.

I did not really get it. I guess in HT terms, attendance is +1 and missing is -1. Not really original but oh well. Requesting only one was kind of simple too.

Meteor actually, but considering he's perma off ranked and an absolute ass who tends to sabotage runs that pity him enough to invite him by arguing the entire time and refusing to follow orders, bitter is probably deserved.

As for split leaders, I'm all for delegating as long as A) All runners know who their leader is and B) the leaders of each subgroup all know who their leader is. Pyramids ftw. If it's worked for militaries and governments for thousands of years successfully, applying it to 30 people who are naturally going to be in squads of six and all have the same goal shouldn't be challenging unless you have severe trust and control issues. Well, you did say Luke.

Squad leaders can't be every where at once, and can't see everything in all parties at once, so expecting them to have 100% control at all times is just absurd. Likewise they can't (usually) be online 24/7 to keep track of everyone in the squad and nanny them each, personally.

He's always been on ranks ever since he transferred to Mardia under his first ign, AoJMage, from Broa or Bera or whatever server both the GM's and I get mixed up on a regular basis. I read his posts before, and he also accuses himself of a lot of things that for the most part are exagerrated or bordering on a full blown dementia.

Anyway, I'll keep an eye out for potential Dark Knights, but they keep quitting on me

Preferrably 9:30-10pm est so I don't miss all of my 2x card....unless Zeal or TheRoyals run at that time or something, I don't pay attention to their run dates/times. Lol
