I'd give Nexon some props if we actually got this stuff in the next patch. These are two things I've wanted for awhile.

you mean "Make the skill bar absolutely worthless" since it's impossible to use any of them after that so-called fix.

Being increased a constant amount per hit no matter what damage it does is worse than nothing imo I mean a Bowmaster charges roughly 6-7 times as fast as my Paladin without even doing any extra damage...

It's still biased way in favour of healing classes but at least they generally do lower damage when they heal
