You're missing skelegons on the list. Anyway, both skeles drop yellow, blue, green and black. At least that's what I've gotten so far.

Each monster seems to drop 2, so it's likely a mix between them. Someone can probably shed light on which is which.

Iron Mutaes drop 3

Reinforced iron mutaes drop purple and black.

Can you provide proof? I only seemed to get Yellow and...I forgot what the other one was, but only 2 colors.

Homuns drop Black Powders.
I'm not sure if they drop Blue, Brown and Purple, since Sites are mixed in the mobs.

Skelegons were there, right above Jr. Newtie. And actually it's Skelegon: Yellow and green. Skelesaurus: Black and Blue.

I'm just going by the list.

MasPan, it was my initial belief that it was only 2 per monster as well but I've since seen various monsters dropping 3 different powders. Leprechaun's even dropped 4 for me, I just can't remember which. Whether you see a powder is purely up to luck, as was mentioned earlier, which is why it's necessary to have various user contributions

I know. It just wasn't something I had seen, so I was skeptical

No screenshots, but fire boars drop white and killa bees drop blue.

Pink Teddy - Yellow

Didn't ss since they are on Eos's List

Edit: Pink Teddys also drop Brown Powder.

Nest golems at peak drop white powder.

brown and white from red wyverns

Green from Mixed Golems.

I've found white and I think black at FoG too, but not sure what dropped them. I may have also found a green from a dark golem, but not positive on that either.

Oblivion Monk definitely drops green. I was paying attention this time. I found 3 today, and at least 2 definitely dropped from Oblivion Monk.
