Issue/Problem/Bug: Agent C is flying at the end of the Henesys Party Quest

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
When you finish the Henesys Party Quest, you will find the event NPC, Agent C. Well, the NPC isn't at the right place. Instead, he's flying.

Threads like these are kind of unnecessary. The event is temporary so who cares if some NPCs that will be removed are in wrong spots?

(Also, in some maps, Agent E's mini-map NPC mark isn't in the right spot. Stunned_

Even so, Nexon isn't going to do an emergency server check just for a floating NPC.

This forum should only be for serious bugs.

The NPC functions correctly as it should. Therefore this isn't a serious bug.

I think this is just a result of a more general problem with the event NPCs. It seems to me like Nexon copypasted some parts of the .wz files but not others causing strange things to happen to the event-related NPCs such as the flying mentioned above, disappearing, lack of green dot on minimap, and lack of sunglasses animations.
