Nexon kicks you in the throat; you recieve one more more week of a shitty patch

My bet is that they are making a good bug fix patch this week, and tidy it up for the big update. That'd be a great way to make it. And maybe add a little eye candy like cynical mushrooms or something :p

They could add pre-knights of cygnus, too, like MapleSEA. Who knows.

Quit bitching at our community ffs. Nexon announced the patch a week earlier, and most of us had really been looking forward to time temple. Then they delay it for another week, you can't expect us not to be disappointed.

There is a damage cap, it's just 100,000 more than it used to be.

And MSEA is going to have their damage cap raised sooner or later so why not?

I don’t really see the big deal. I was really looking forward to the new boss raid but I don’t have a problem waiting an extra week.

Nexon seems to be going tits up lately so it’s probably not a great time to patch.

With all the stuff coming next patch I really don't mind waiting another week.

Also, it gives me extra time to train in case the Exp Curve isn't permanent, and knowing Nexon I doubt it will be.

Yeah but not to the point where it seems like everyone is foaming at the mouth over one week.

But i agree with some of the other ppl where we should all just calm down a bit. It will get done when it gets done, and it's not like none of you are ever gonna see these updates ever.

And to the ppl who are saying that this current patch makes them feel anchored down.... well i say to them: So what. You got absolutely nothing to complain about because nobody's forcing you to do anything. You're not obligated to train in low level maps, or get cards from tienk, or farm maple leaves. You guys do it because you want to. Somehow it feels like you guys are complaining for the sake of complaining.

Yes i'm looking forward to the updates, but if it means massive glitches and lots of downtime, then i'm all for waiting one more week for more testing. At least i have other things to do like oh i dunno... work? friends? social life?

well won't be able to play this patch then cause i won't have maple till i get back from Hawaii F3

Fact is, I'm much older than that. Obviously, a handful of people were really looking forward to something that was not given enough time for, and the company simply corrected it to allow for them to finish. I don't think anyone is actually appreciating that patches take time, copypasta or not.

While there have been plenty of satisfying patches, Nexon doesn't deserve this appreciation, and you should know it. 0.70 is an ideal example; we all waited our one month like good little boys and girls until Nexon announced that we'd be recieving KMST skill changes, which was a pretty big deal for quite a few classes. Shadowers and Buccaneers, the two classes with the most beneficial changes, log on only to find themselves engulfed in dissapointment when their Boomerang Step isn't changed and their Buccaneer's skills are glitched beyond usability. Tons of people thought that an emergency patch was needed, but Nexon stated that all issues would fixed in the next patch.

Now, don't kid yourself; do you really think that all of those issues will be fixed? Even if they are, do you really think that the actual patch, 0.71, will be glitch-free? When was the last patch we had without completely justified complaints regarding glitches, can you even remember?

Life sucks, get over it. peaching and whining just makes you look like a little kid who didn't get what they wanted. Things like this will always happen, whether it be MS or the real world. Either do something about it or suck it up. Most people aren't gonna give a pomegranate anyways.

Eh, I'd like to agree with the whole "patch before events start, because of the summer date" thing, but I doubt it's true. It's pretty sloppy to leave the leaves dropping with no use for them though.
