Anyway, on topic, I like the crimsonwood skin, ill rotate between Ellin and Crimsonwood probably depending once I get tired of one or the other, I like having a variety.

A yellow, pink, and blue Ludi scheme would work pretty nicely. And for Orbis a sky blue could be added as well for sake of variety. I still dream of a puce skin...

If there is a 4th skin, it'll probably Ereb-based, which would be light like everyone seems to want.

We did a few more tweaks to the Elin skin, let us know what you think. (Steps in the right direction?)

I'm not familiar with that skin, so what I say next might be stupid (so help me gawd)...

And there's gradients in certain places. Not much can go wrong with small gradients here and there.

The logo is unchanged from before, but yeah the gradients appear to be new.

Wow, I just realized why the other skins always feel so weird. They make the font smaller. It looks better now that I zoomed in once.

Maybe you ought to change the font color of the text on the left side (not sure what they're called, but stuff like "Fiel's Musings") to something darker or just the blue I see on the right side. For me, they blend in too well with the skin as it is right now. And the buttons on the reply page don't have that button-feel to it, it's flat and everything. Oh, and this is Elin, I don't know about the others.

I'll try Elin for a little bit. I love default though because it goes so well with everything (or maybe I'm just too used to it). Sigs and pictures look just right with it, and I can see all colors fine, including puce.

I like the mossy stuff at the top of the page, it's nice. Maybe put one of the ancient stump thingers at the top right to balance the banner?

Added the gradient, added the moss at the top of the page (in case you can't tell what it is lol), and added the mushroom in the bottom left corner. just a few things to see if this is the right kind of changes.

They're nice.

I think the contrast needs fixing, though. Some of the green on green is hard to read.

It’s definitely a step in the right direction. I think gradients are always better than just solid blocks of one colour. Add a few more and I think it will look really good. The only thing I don’t like is the background colour for quotes and spoilers, I find it a bit too bright.

The Peace of Elin skin looks good with the gradients now. You should try this out on other skins.

Berzerk made a new banner for the crimsonwood skin, with the "windowed edges" like Magatia. I think it looks pretty good, other opinions?

I like the new Elin Forest. Still prefer Crimsonwood or default, though.

I made a forum in vBulletin awhile ago to screw around. Yggh @the default...

I like the Elin one the best so far. Aside from the Default, that is.

Looks more blended into the skin, less like a pasted picture and more like a part of the skin, not to say the old version looked bad, I just prefer this way, I actually think ill use the crimsonwood one now =O.
