They're either face or eye accessory. As you said, eye would make the most sense. But which, I'm not sure. But the extraction shows it as a an accessory.

3 slots, gonna have to try my magic and get 3 30%s then so i can have a 4 dex eye equip for my pirate hmmmm might have to update the Infighter Dexless Equip thread soon, to reflect the new equips that have been coming out.

If I ever get the motivation to get off my ass and level my crossbowman to 70 (and stop wanking to KMS), then MAYBE I could get a pair of sexy goggles.

I was poking through quite a bit of the stuff and there isn't to much new stuff. The best thing the patch has going for it is these 4 new equips (which are cool as pineapple) and the exp rates getting raised. Oh, and Maple Weapons.
