How would one get the "Curse Breaker" medal? I like the sound of that one.

B> Combo Breaker medal.

1) at the start of the month, nobody has the donator medal
2) they go to the town, and donate some mesos. They get the medal
3) Someone goes to the town, and donates more mesos than the previous person. They get the medal, the previous person loses it.
4) Repeat step 3 until the max amount of mesos to donate is reached (2.1billion)
5) Whoever donated max mesos keeps it until the end of the month, at which point it is reset to step 1.

It is a massive meso sink... there is no way to get them permanently, and there is only 1 per server (1 for each town).

Yeah you can collect more than one (I got atm the 30 day Medal, Best Socialist Medal & Maple Anniversary Medal in my Inventory), but you can't wear more than one medal at a time.

All those Vanquisher Medals... You get that by killing a no. of Area Bosses?

Towns as in donations? That's already been explained on the previous page. The boss ones, you have to kill that specific boss more than any other person in your server has.

For the Maple Idol, all you need is the most fame in the server (Fame hackers can do this easy) and request for the special medal instead of the normal one. Note that it disappears every month, but as long as you have max fame, you can keep that medal forever.

For the Legendary Hunter Medal, you just need to have the most amount of kills greater than your level in the server.. Just ask for the special medal instead of the regular one.

Note that both of those medals work the same way as the Donor and Boss medals, there can only be 1 of these medals per server at any given time.

I take it not all medals are like this from what you state and the obvious given (ie, Pink Been Slayer, Horntail Slayer, Level 200).

One question though, does the Mu Lung Gym Conqueror, is that a monthly medal as you state with the bossing and donors.

Lv 200 medals are common medals like the Adventurer, PQ, and Quest medals. This means that there can be more than 1.

Which medals are permanent? I hope I can count on a permanent +2 from the Quest medal at least.

Bleh : ( Resetting medals, 1 of a kind in a server really turn me off from medals. I just want a speed one for my warrior : P Guess I'll have to settle with the boss killer medals

Previous kills will not count. The count will begin when NPC Dalea is actually released.

However, the donor medal counts are reset every month, causing people to dump nearly billions of meso per month (As I have seen in our server). This obviously leads to major deflation!

And what would be to happen if for those Slayer medals that more than one person has killed it the same number of times? eg. if two people run in the same group and kill it X times, who gets it?

If the Slayer medals aren't reset every month then just disregard what I asked, unless you know the answer to simultaneous cumulative kills for more than one person? (:

I'm also wondering which medals are permanent. Looks like way less are than resetting ones.

I may have to settle with my Quest Specialist Medal. That one is permanent, right? It has pretty good stats and is very easy to get. I just wish it was 10 Speed instead of 10 Jump.

Papulatus Vanquisher Medal has terrible stats. But whatever...I kill 2 Paps nearly every single day. I may actually have it sometimes. lol

And what about those Knight (Training, Official, Advanced, Captain) Medals? I would very much like those HP boosts. I assume there's something stupid about getting them too? Probably not permanent?

hmmm, that there's a lot more jump than I expected on the quest medal. So much for my thought that I couldn't get much jump. Guess I'll have to figure out something else to put on my third slot when making my level 110 set through maker. Maybe speed so that I can reset out of thrust... (can't afford high grade str in addition to the high grade dex I have planned). Could 3 avoid be worth anything at all on 3 equips?

I might fight for a couple other medals on occasion, but looking at this, I'd say my regular will be the quest one.

Oh, and nice way to buff up the Cygnus from their lvl 120 limit. Just give em an extra 200 hp to play around with.

Looking at the donor thing, it seems to be Lith, Sleepy, and KFT for anything worthwhile and the rest will be ignored.

Lastly, where's this Honorary Mesoranger medal as far as stats go.

If you look at the Nobless medal with no stats, those medals have the same basic shape. Also, see the whole "Knight" thing.

From what I heard, only the Gold Medals expire and the Silver ones are permanent. Meaning the Level 200 ones should be received upon reaching Level 200, and stay with you forever.
