There are a MILLION mistranslations in the game I don't understand why anyone is surprised anymore. Hobi drop Hov shorts (and I'm pretty sure the actual translation should just be Hob, not Hobi.)

Pink Bean is clearly the proper translation because just looking at it is very clear that... that's what it is. A cute animal-esque jelly bean. Unfortunately Nexon is far too incompetent to actually fix such obvious errors so we're going to end up with Pink Bean the boss, Pink Vynn the monster card, Pork Born the item drop, and Plum Salad the medal.

wtp @ The amount of medals GMS gets... JMS (I don't know about other versions) only gets town donation medals, Serious Adventurer Medals, Quest Specialist medals, Veteran Hunter medals, PQ medals, the Maple Idol medals, and a few other stupid medals that are no better than the Serious Adventurer medal, and then there are the boss slayer medals for only Horn Tail and Pink Been. The Quest Specialist medal gives +2 to all stats and some other stuff, the Serious Adventurer medal gives +1 to all stats, +20 HP and +2 hands, and then the other medals are the same as the Serious Adventurer medal, except they give other stats than HP and hands.The only good medals are the Quest Specialist medals, Boss Slayer Medals, and Donation medals.
