1) The damage you see is going to skyrocket in the official server for obvious reasons.
2) The longer it takes to kill monsters (weaker damage) the easier it is to fill up the combo.

If getting up to 300 is easy right now, imagine how easy it'll be when these guys can 2hko mobs with ease. In maps like skeles, this is a major downside, as they can never get their combo high enough to use any of their awesome skills.
If you're suggesting that better gear is a downside, even if that were true, people would simply use worse gear.

I'll take that as an opportunity to make fun of their weak damage and make their e-penis shrink. : )

I'm loving this fighting style. Bring an Axe or Dagger user next!

guess going dexless with this class isn't such a good idea for this class, or at least revert to normal dex at 120 since they need such huge combos at higher levels and low combos at lower levels

What does base dex have anything to do with combos?

Or instead of making themselves permanently weak, they could just do like what was mentioned before and use weaker gear. Being strong for bossing would still be important and keeping combos going during bosses would be easy. They could just use separate polearms for training and bossing.

You'd want 100% hit rates I am guessing.
Even if this class demands 100% hit rates the highest people will go is like Low Dexish.
Plus alot of players will just wear extra acc equips until they get endgame gears that add acc.
Like zhelms and MoNs and HTs (not sure how much acc gear we will have but in acc terms HT> MoN)Glitter
Still I bet most funded players will still be dexless. By then we will probably have more medals, belts, and more acc equips.Glitter

Faster killing is faster killing. It's still better to 3hko Skelegons and have a harder time building up combos than 5hkoing and getting to use an ulti once in a while.

Most Warriors wear enough gear to make sure they hit 100% on whatever they train on, even if they're dexless.

I'm not really seeing ice storm as a training skill anyway, since it takes so many combos to use, which i don't think you'll be able to get up to unless you're in a REALLY packed high HP mob area regardless of whether or not it's tespia. (CGs, anyone?)

I don't see how dexless is a downside. Apparently the combo goes up regardless of whether you miss or not.

I can see training one of these being extremely annoying without stance since the KB will screw everything up too easily. *-*

Time Temple, especially the fire mobs. 2xxk HP will make combo'ing insanely easy and the ultimate will substantially boost kill rate.

No, it won't increase the kill rate. Unfortunately, the 'fire' mobs of Time Temple are only weak to Poison. Ice only has mediocre effects on them.

The way it seems to work is that you 1hit kill anything that is "frozen." Dunno if the skill is elementally based. Snow charge would be wrecked though. Also, my bad on the HP, I forget things like that easily.

tempest seems like a very good skill at bosses ,if it makes EVERYONE do 1500% at max on the frozen boss. new zak record anyone?Glitter

If they made advanced homing, a skill which only multiplies one's damage by 1.2, which was previously a party skill a corsair only skill, what makes you think this thing will be a party skill?

Pap would not be too combo friendly for them would it?

Pap wouldnt be very combo friendly no, but thats assuming he sleeps alot.

still even if it isn't a party skill it freezes bosses letting the party lash out at the boss w/o worry of being killed ,so it is an advantage to the party
